About this apartment
Spectacular penthouse in the heart of Sitges, next to the Cap de la Vila and 300 meters from the beach of La Ribera.
It is an attic finished to reform, with a large terrace with artificial grass and wood, living room with parquet and double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double room.
The apartment has high speed fiber optic internet, international television, air conditioning, etc.
Atico San Francisco is located on the street that gives it its name, right next to Cap de la Vila, the center of Sitges. The train and bus station is 300 meters away, 3 minutes walking and La Ribera beach is also very close.
In the area there are all kinds of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc, you will not need the car at all. We also have parking near the apartment.
In the price of cleaning are included sheets of all beds and enough towels for all guests, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of water and another bottle of cava and coffee capsules for the coffee machine.
We offer, with an extra cost, a purchase service which consists in that you send us a list with the purchase and, upon your arrival, you will have the order in the apartment or villa. And so that the parents can rest, we propose a babysitting service in which we guarantee that the children will have a great time with the playful activities of our girls.
On the day of entry, the tourist tax corresponding to the reservation will be charged.

Pets are welcome. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 20.00. Arrivals between 21:01 and 23:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of EUR 40.

Cancellations

If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not enjoyed are not refundable
If the guest arrives and decides to leave their accommodation ahead of time, nights not enjoyed will not be refunded.
